Announcement of the Eighth Baghdad Dialogue Conference

The Iraqi Institute for Dialogue(IID) announces that the Eighth international Baghdad Dialogue Conference (IBD) will be held on 21–22 August 2026 in Baghdad, under the patronage of His Excellency the Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq.

This year’s edition comes at a pivotal moment for both Iraq and the wider region, serving as a national and international platform to assess the first 100 days of the new Iraqi government’s tenure, review its priorities for the next phase, and explore the state’s vision for transitioning from crisis management to building strategic partnerships that promote security, stability, and sustainable development.
