At 12:45 PM today, the second session of the 6th Baghdad Dialogue Conference commenced under the title: “The Path of Development: Domestic Requirements and Regional Challenges”, featuring a panel of Iraqi experts, former officials, and academics.
The session included:
Dr. Nasser Saleh Al-Asadi, Adviser to the Prime Minister for Transportation Affairs.
Dr. Yousif Mohammed Sadiq, Former Speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament (IGFA).
Dr. Abbas Al-Anburi, Director of Riwaq Baghdad Center (IGFA).
Dr. Firas Elias, Professor at the University of Mosul (IGFA).
The session was moderated by Dr. Munem Khamis Al-Hitawi from the University of Baghdad (IGFA). Discussions focused on internal challenges facing Iraq’s Path of Development project, its requirements for achieving regional integration, and strategies to enhance coordination among various institutions and stakeholders to ensure the project’s success amid current regional dynamics.
