The second session of the Baghdad International Dialogue Conference has commenced under the title “Development Road: Regional Obligations and Challenges,” with the participation of a select group of researchers and specialists from various academic institutions and international research centers.
The session features Giorgio Cafiero, President of the Gulf–Washington Center; Dr. Hassan Abbas from the NESA Center at the U.S. National Defense University; and Dr. Abbas Al-Anburi from the Riwaq Baghdad Center for Public Policy – Iraq.
The session is moderated by Dr. Alaa Hamid from the Ghada Risk Management Foundation. Speakers are currently discussing the regional challenges facing the Development Road project, the required obligations for its implementation, and its strategic implications for regional stability and cooperation.
