The fourth session of the Baghdad International Dialogue Conference has officially begun under the title “The Role of the Conscious Elite in the Future of Iraq,” with the participation of a distinguished group of academics, media professionals, and intellectuals.
The session includes Dr. Ali Al-Ghuraifi representing the Bahr Al-Uloom Forum; Abbas Abboud from the Iraqi Institute for Dialogue; Iraqi journalist Ali Wajih Abbas; Dr. Ali Taher Al-Hamoud from the Al-Bayan Center for Studies; Dr. Sabah Al-Areedh, former President of the University of Kufa; and Zahraa Al-Sadr from the Madarik Media Foundation.
The session is moderated by Dr. Osama Al-Shabib, Director of Al-Bayder Center for Studies. Speakers are currently discussing the role of intellectual elites in shaping Iraq’s future, the challenges they face, and ways to harness awareness and knowledge to enhance stability and sustainable development.
