The preparatory committee of the Fourth Baghdad International Dialogue Conference, held under the theme “Strategy for Transformation into an Effective State,” welcomed the international delegations participating in the conference.
The conference activities are set to begin in the conference hall of the Iraqi Council of Representatives on Saturday, August 21, 2021.
